Versa 2 difficulties with Alexa and notifications

I can't login to Alexa- it's automatically filling in an old email address and I can't figure out how to change it. Also, I am not receiving text notifications on my Versa. Help!!! I have an LG G8

If you are logged into Alexa with an old email address, please log out of Alexa, then log back in with the new email address:

 

  1. From the Today tab EdsonFitbit_1-1637022212819.png in the Fitbit app, tap your profile picture > your device image.
  2. Tap Voice Assistant > Amazon Alexa > Logout.
  3. After you log out, tap Amazon Alexa > Login with Amazon. Follow the instructions to log in.
