Versa 2 display, battery and syncing issues

Only had my Versa 2 for 1 month and has been working fine until yesterday it would not show the time when i pressed the button, it did respond a couple of times during the day, i charge it every afternoon and is usually 90% but was 40% I charged it and showed 100% and left it off charge all night and in the morning it showed battery level almost empty, charged during the day but will not respond at all now and the fitbit blue dots keeps popping up and then a flash across the screen every 6 ot 7 seconds and noting else. cannot contact it with my fitbit app and bluetooth wont connect, tried things on these pages but no luck.

In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know what troubleshooting steps you have tried. In the meantime, try the steps listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours. Then, try the tips included in this help page in order to improve the battery life of your watch.

In case the syncing issue persists after this, try the troubleshooting steps advised in this article and see if your watch syncs properly.

I have tried holding the button down for 15 seconds but nothing happens, the screen is dead and just flashes the fitbit dots every 6 seconds and a line flashes across the screen, my phone and computer does not recognise the watch. I left it on charge for hours and over night it empties the charge and just shows what looks like a dead battery and noting else shows on the screen

I am having all the same problems with my Versa 2, except as of this month it is officially one year old.
