I bought my husband the versa 2 about a yr ago, It was great at first then it just went black. can charge and turn on but you get a blackish gray back round with a finger print.
Even the largest band is snug and not comfortable, not to mention how nasty it gets just from a day of work. In short they suck! No way to reach the company.

Regarding the display issue, please have your husband to restart his watch as described in this help article. After this, monitor the behavior of the watch and see if the issue gets fixed.
