The face on my Versa 2 displayed white noise then disconnected from the watch and was dangling on my arm.
I went to the website to try and buy a Charge 4; no payment methods are being accepted and producing an Error submitting cart: Error: Request failed with status code 422 message.
I checked my credits card app, it’s holding $1.00 from Fitbit but no purchase has gone through. What is going on with Fitbit properly accepting payments? Can someone help me resolve this?

If you already tried the restart procedure and you continue to experience the same problem with the white lines on the display, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.
They will also be able to provide you with more information about the problem you experienced to purchase the Charge 4 device online.

I get similar message trying to buy Fitbit Sense with a discount code. So frustrating. Talked with 3 Fitbit representative and they were clueless n asked me to contact my credit card company....
