My Versa 2 is now displaying a different screen face and doesn't display my SpO2.

Hi, @teregre - Try going to Quick Settings.
Pull down from the top edge as if to see notifications and pull down again and click on the 2 white bars.
Check you don't have Always On enabled. While there check you have wrist action enabled and the Sleep and Do not disturb are not enabled.
If that is not the case, swipe main face to the left and click on the Clocks app and choose your original clock face.

Thanks! Settings were okay. I went to app and had to re-download the old clock face. I guess I will have to wait until tomorrow to see if it monitors SpO2.
