Versa 2 does not connect with Windows 10

upgrade to versa 2 from charge 2 but versa 2 does not work with  my older ipad so try to connect to window 10 computer .that work for a few day then sleep part failed no sync  ,tried redoing app now time "clock" off by 20 minutes . nothing on the web site said windows 10 does not support verse 2, had to call to find this out.  that not great

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa 2, as well for the steps tried on your own. As you may know, the Versa 2 is able to work and sync with Android phone, iPhone and iPad that appear in our compatible devices list. While you can install the Fitbit app in your Windows 10 computer to see your details and keep a track of your progress, some features, such as syncing and changing clock faces won't be able to work due not being compatible. You can find more about this in the Fitbit Versa 2 User Manual. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and your feedback is appreciated as it'll help us to improve our services and overall environment.

Agree!! And how else am I supposed to put music on the Versa? I cant even connect to pandora to my fitbit. And yes, I do have Premium
