I just signed up for premium. Tried to sync my device but it refuses to do so. I've tried everything from turning off phone, rebooting, reconnecting wifi, uninstalling & reinstalling the app but nothing works. It will not sync. Help!
Thanks for the info. I was finally able to sync after I shut down the watch for an hour or so. When I turned it on again it automatically synced and all is well now. Happy New Year!
