Versa 2 doesn't connect to Amazon

When I open Fitbit app, I click on my profile, then I click on the image of my watch and I find the Amazon Alexa logo. I click on it and then I click on "Login with Amazon". It starts loading but I can leave it loading for hours and it never moves to the next page to actually let me set up Amazon Alexa. Anyone had the same problem? How did you solve it? HELP PLEASE!!

Check and make sure your Fitbit app is up to date, and if your running the beta version, you need to drop out. The beta version is an older version that does not support Alexa.

Hi. My Fitbit app is  up to date. How do I know if I'm running the beta version or not? I just downloaded it from the google play store.

Open your Fitbit app. 

Go to the account settings. 

Tap help. At the top it will say beta. 

Also the Fitbit page on the app store will say, " you are running the beta"

After pressing login you should be taken to a page on Amazon. Where you need to log into your Amazon account. Once logged in there you will be sent back to Fitbit. 

 

At what step does the process fail?

So, initially, I didn't even have the Alexa tab. Then, I followed some instructions that I found on the community (changed location and turned automatic location off) and the Alexa tab appeared. Now, when I tap on it, it opens the page of amazon alexa (still on fitbit app). SoI tap on "Login with Amazon" on the bottom of the page and it starts loading (see image), but it never finishes loading! It stays there even for 15 minutes8576da36-55c8-4443-978d-7fe99cc3dc22.jpg, but never brings me to the Amazon page.

Exactly the same problem. Freezes at that point.

I have the same issue, version 35.70.7.21.

fitbit app is andriod version 3.13(20243457)
