So I have to say after 3 failed fitbit products I am over it. My first disappointment was with the fitbit Blaze. It lasted a littled more than 2 years, however when the newer model, Verses, came out the Blaze "suddenly" stopped working. I mean not screen display, only lines as the display screen. Contacting Fitbit left me with a 20% discount on a new product. So yes, I used the discount to purchase the Versa and I also received a Versa for a mother's day gift. Guess what.... after 2 years both have broken. One won't turn on even after being charged for 24 hours. The other won't register steps, sleep or any activity. I guess I should be happy it displays the time and day.. Needless to say I truly loved fitbit, It was user friendly and accurate, It motivated me to be and do more activities than I would typically do, however my financial commitments will no longer allow me to support this company. Like Apple products I feel like Fitbit is only after capital gain as a priority and has the consumer's best interest as a last priority,.
