Apologies if this is has already been addressed:
I bought a Versa 2 last week, and connected it to my iPhone 8. The firmware is up-to-date. I successfully connected the watch to my 2.4gHz network. The watch screen buzzed and showed a check mark to indicate that it had successfully connected. The Fitbit app on my phone said connected and showed the IP address. The watch settings showed the IP address. As soon as I changed screens on either device, the wifi disconnected. I have tried to connect the wifi more than a dozen times.
I have also:
Verified my wifi-type is supported by Fitbit
Restarted both my phone and my Fitbit
Unpaired and re-paired my Fitbit to my iPhone
Reset my router
Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

Mine does the exact same thing and I have tried all the triage methods to fix it. I'm stuck doing firmware updates via Bluetooth and that's SOOOOO SLOOOOOOWWWWWWW. What's going on with the WIFI?
