After 15 months of owning my versa 2, the face fell off and stopped working. I haven’t worn it in the water, I take it off to shower, and I take it off to sleep. I’ve never dropped it nor have I been reckless with it.
After reaching out to support, they’ve offered me a 35% discount which I’m not happy with considering I’ve seen multiple reviews expressing the same thing within the same time period. At this point, I believe that this is a product issue vs. an individual issue. I don’t want to purchase another watch for the same thing to happen again. I’m also not spending $150+ once a year when Fitbit claims their products last at least 2 years.
Very disappointing for a company that claims they value their customers. Either extend the warranty to 2 years or fix your faulty products.
