Unable to update my Versa 2 via wifi or bluetooth so now have a £200 brick on my wrist!!!
Switched off bluetooth, restarted phone, uninstalled app and nothing works. Any advice greatly appreciated. TIA

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via chat. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided.
