Versa 2 freezing

Just recently my versa 2 has been randomly freezing. My screen will illuminate and it will track my info but randomly I will not be able to leave the screen or switch to anothe . I have had to do a hard reset (hosting the power button for 10 seconds or till the logo appears). Also randomly throughout the day the watch will vibrate with no notification or reset itself. I just got this around Christmas. It also seems that it will lose power within two days. Please help. And yes I have a a watch screen I downloaded.

Also to note it is not an always on screen. I have the turn option for my screen to turn on not the press button. The last time I changed it to night time mode was the first time it froze. Been downhill since

Screen has become a problem now. Since the last update my versa started to freeze or screen no responsive. I tried a factory reset and it solved the problem for a couple of hours. Still a problem for me.
