My Versa 2 touchscreen stopped working. I restarted the watch, removed the app from my phone and reloaded the device, no luck. Online advice was to do a hard reset. The device still syncs, but display is stuck on reset failed, and the touch screen does not work at all. Device is completely unusable and FitBit is no longer in South Africa so I am stuck. Any advice would be hugely appreciated.
