Hi @myarchie1. Welcome! It's nice to see you around.
Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for your efforts while trying to change your credit card information. Let's work on this together! Before anything else, make sure the Fitbit app and your watch are updated to the latest version. While there isn't an option to edit your card details, you can remove your card and add it again in the Fitbit app:
Once that is done, go back to the wallet tile and follow the onscreen instructions to add a payment card. You can always tap Set as Default to change the defaults card or change the order of the cards displayed on the Versa 2.

@LizzyFitbit Good day. My fitbit pay works well from the first day I had my Versa 2 to 16th September ,2022.
However, after newest firmware 35.72.1.23, all my card data did not appear again.
Although i know how to use wallet tile to add the card, unfortunately, it doesn't work.
People of fitbit service department wants me to do factory reset , but I tried in vain.
Do you have any good idea?

@jamesymart Welcome to the Community. @jerrylinhome It's good to see you here.
Thanks for letting me know about your watch, and the steps tried on your own. I'm sorry for this inconvenience and just to confirm, is your issue also related to the change payment method messages? If not, please provide me with more information about the issue experienced and the error message displayed on your watch. Additionally, let me know the model and OS version of your phone.
In the meantime, let's try reconnecting your watch to your account one more time to see how it goes:

@LizzyFitbitGood evening.
1My issue is not related to the change payment method messages.Instead,my fitbit pay can not work normally as the day before firmware update.
2My smart phone is Asus ZS590KS with android 12 which meets the minimum requirement android 8.
3 Although I did the procedure many times, just now I did it once again.
Unfortunately, the result is the same. In other words, from my versa 2 , when i select "wallet", it says not yet register any card. When I click "wallet icon"in fitbit APP, the error message is "while register versa 2 with fitbit pay's wallet ,error appears"as shown follows for your reference.
