This morning I took my fitbit versa 2 out of the charger (it was in for 20 minutes): it was hot and the screen black. I let the versa cool down, and pressed the reset button for 15 seconds a few times. Nothing happens at all. According to the fitbit app, synced 3 hours ago and the battery is half full. I am very attached to my fitbit. Can you please help me?
