Versa 2 green screen, not responding

My Versa 2 screen was working fine, then while I was checking the time, it changed to a dim green screen, and shortly after that, a bright green bar that was slowly expanding to fill the whole screen. It reminded me of the picture "rolling" on an old tube TV. I was able to get it to reboot with a long press of the button, and immediately performed a factory reset on the watch, which worked for a couple of days. I fully recharged it last night, and shortly after taking it off the charger it has done it again, but I can't even reboot it and the screen is black.

Thank you for sharing that you've been experiencing this inconvenience with your Versa 2 watch and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps.

It seems that you already had a case created with Support, but it was for a different problem. In this case, they will let you know how to proceed.
