Hi,
I know there are passed topics opened about this problem, however it seems that this issue has resurfaced following the last update.
I ran out of battery and didn't have a charger with me which led in the watch inactive for 2days. Since I turned on the watch again the heart sensor hasn't worked.
I have tried to speak with customer service but all I was told is that it's out of warranty and the can give me a 35% discount. This is after the representative tried to tell me that they are aware of the issue and there is nothing they can do at this point and they are sorry.
Can someone help? Has anyone experienced anything similar lately?
Thank you in advance!
