I haven’t been able to monitor my heart rate and sleep due to the sensor not working. The green light stopped working about a week ago. I’ve tried all troubleshooting suggestions and it still won’t work. Any other suggestions as to how to fix it?

Done that. Also tried restarting it and doing a factory reset.

Seems like a fault - Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.
