My Versa 2 keeps scanning through all options rapidly & vibrating as it does. It’s been doing this in & off for the past couple weeks.
Any suggestions?

Hi there, @MommaMako. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.
Before considering a factory reset as suggested by @Guy_, please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Regarding the factory reset, please take into consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account, your applications, alarms, etc.

Hi @MommaMako - it could be a faulty watch but try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
If unsuccessful and you have any control of it as a last resort in watch Settings, About there is a factory reset. If you can get to it click it and wait 5 minutes, then see how it behaves and if stable try setting it up as when you first got it.
