I put my Versa 2 on the charger at the end of the day last week. When I picked it up the next day, it was completely dead, won't turn on at all. I tried a different charger to make sure and same result. Holding the button down does nothing. The app/phone can't find it since it seems to have zero charge. It wasn't even a dead or low battery when I stored it for the night. I tried contacting support and got no where with them. Is there any way to get this watch started? Or am I done with Fitbit?

Hi @Picodegaby - what happens if say water gets in is corrosion and shorting starts to occur eventually the inner workings are damaged beyond recovery. If you are under warranty you can get it replaced where you bought it.
If you have to purchase a replacement Fitbit, another Versa 2 is the best and cheapest choice as it doesn't have the issues that the later more expensive watches have and hasn't lost the features that have disappeared on the Versa 4 for instance.
