Versa 2 is miscounting my calories burned

Today it said I had burned 16,750 calories how can I fix this I have tried refreshing and sipping but nothing is working.

Make sure your weight is entered approximately accurately.  If weight is way off, say by misplacing a decimal point, that would cause calories burned difference.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi @EmilyT008, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the huge amount of calories that your Versa 2 tracked, my friend @JohnnyRow is totally correct about it. Please review the weight information on your Dashboard.

 

In case the issue persists, please restart your Versa 2 as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your calories burned.

 

Finally, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.
