I’ve had three problems with my one month old Versa 2:

1. Could not find my Fitbit to sync (phone in my hand, Fitbit in my wrist

2. not counting calories burned

3. miles walked switching from accurate number to 0.17 for every day

 

What is wrong with the Versa 2?

If you're having syncing difficulties, please make sure to follow the troubleshooting steps provided here: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

In regards to the calories and distance not accurate, please review the information provided here: How accurate are Fitbit device?
