I'm not getting any text or messenger notifications anymore. Already did ALL listed troubleshooting tips on both versa 2 and my android. Ready to smash this useless thing with a hammer.

Hi @MorriganBlack, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the notifications issue that your Versa 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
In order to avoid providing the same information, let me know if you also tried the steps listed in this help article.
In the meantime, try setting up your watch from scratch, make sure that the notifications feature is turned on and see if the issue gets fixed.

Thanks for answering. I have tried all of those, including a factory reset but unfortunately it still won't work. Looks like I just have to break down and buy a new one. Seems it may be intentionally done on fitbit's end to keep us buying.

Before you buy a new device, I'd like to know how the factory reset was performed. Was it performed as below?
