Versa 2 is not responsive to touch

 Since about a week now, my Fitbit Versa 2 is not responsive to touch. It lags a lot after the touch and appropriate screens like for settings etc dont turn up. At night I put the sleep mode on with great difficulty and again the day I have to get the sleep mode off with great difficulty as the screen isnt responsive at all. 

I do get to see all the notifications but the screen not being responsive is a BIG ISSUE.

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.
