I just started using my Fitbit versa 2 and it is not showing my heart rate. The heart rate icon is on my home screen but no number is showing. I’m wearing tight to my wrist. 

Any ideas?

Hi there @Janet_kabatoff, thanks for stopping by. I'll be glad to help to get the heart rate on your new Versa 2. 

Have you made sure that the heart rate setting is "On" in your Versa 2? On your device, open the Settings app > Heart Rate > tap to turn the setting On.
