I would advise restarting your device while the Bluetooth on your cellphone is turned off. That means that you must go to the settings on your phone and deactivate Bluetooth. After that, hold down the Versa 2 button for around 10 seconds. You can turn Bluetooth back on after your device shows the time once more.
You can launch the app and try to sync again after completing these instructions.
Best AnswerI sync my Fitbit versa yesterday after the app automatically updated, which I must say I'm not happy with. Today it won't sync, the battery is draining at an alarming rate. I only charged it an hour ago and already it's down to 75%. My heart rate monitor is not working either. The update has ruined my Fitbit experience.
