Hi there, @RNIDS. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2. I understand how you must be feeling.
Bear in mind that your Versa 2 may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with. To make sure your watch has recently synced, go to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image. Also, as @Guy_ pointed out, I'd check the time zone settings.
If you're running into syncing difficulties, see Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

The watch probably synced and picked up the phone time but without the time zone information/
check your settings
In the phone Fitbit App Click on profile photo [top left] App Settings Turn on automatic time zone and sync again That may help |

Hi there, @Maloha. Welcome on board. Thanks for the details provided in your post.
As a first approach, I'd suggest restarting your Versa 2 and then, please sync at least twice in a row to see if the time updates.
If the above doesn't work, I recommend changing your time zone to a completely different one, sync your device, put the correct time and sync again.
