2 days now. My versa 2 restarting on its own every like 5 minutes. Tried soft reset, factory reset, deleting app and re-installing. Been fitbit customer long time but getting to point its getting old. Always something with everyone that I have owned. Between myself and wife been through 4 versa 2, 4 versa lite less that 4 years

Hi there, @Thimas25. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa 2 before posting here. I understand how you must be feeling.
To better assist you, may I know if this is happening at random times or when you try tracking an exercise? I know you mentioned it does this every 5 minutes, but I'd like to know if this happens while exercising.
In the meantime, and besides the steps you've done so far, I suggest letting your Versa 2 run out of battery. Then, recharge it and restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
Hope this helps!
