Hi there, @jjoseph1984. Welcome to the Community Forums.

To better assist you, would you mind giving me more details about what you meant by "it's logging off once in a while"? You mean, it's turning itself off?

In the meantime, if you're experiencing any of the following issues and you've checked your settings, restart your device:

  • Won't sync
  • Won't respond to taps, swipes, or button press
  • Won't track steps or other data
  • Won't show notifications or reminders

Restarting your device turns it off and on without deleting any activity data. For instructions, see How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Hope that helps.

With logging if we kept idle the fit bit device for a while [ Let's say 3 - 4 days ] , when we try to login. it is forcing to login again.
