It started by not sending me text messages and phone calls alerts, even though my settings said I was to receive them. One morning I woke up to the time on my tracker being 20 minutes slow. I tried syncing, then restarted my tracker, my phone and finally my Bluetooth. Nothing helped and by the end of the day there was a larger time difference. I thought a full charge might help. It made it worse! I had only the Fitbit logo on my screen. Trying a hard reset left me with a blank screen. I should have known when they lowered the price at all stores for them. This is my second Fitbit that has completely died with no harm to it caused by me. My Versa2 was 2 months and 2 days old. I can't take it back to the store, and I'm not entirely sure that a replacement is going to make me right. I'm not a happy camper at this point.
