I received this fit bit for Christmas so it’s relatively new. My fit bit versa 2 keeps vibrating for no reason. I am un able to use the touch screen at times. The screen blacks out for no reason and becomes unusable. Then the Fitbit logo comes on (the green triangle) stays in for awhile then goes away. This is intermittent throughout the day. I have turned it off and on several times and changed the clock face back to the original fit bit clock face. Nothing has worked. I’ve sent an email to tech support. Anyone else having these issues? If so how did you fix it?

Hi @Lee-Caron Contacting Support sounds a good move. While you are waiting for a reply you could try a factory reset - settings app on the watch and scroll down to About (if you can get there) or using the button if you cant (see below). Then set your Versa 2 up again and see if that fixes it.
BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
