Since I have my previously working versa 2 to my daughter it shows all counts - steps, heart rate, zone minutes, sleep time as zero.
However the correct stats are showing on the app and update during the day as the app syncs with the watch. We did a factory reset and reconnected to app and it started working correctly for a few hours and then all reset to zero again on the watch but still updating correctly in the app

Hello there, @Jillhayward. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with the Versa 2.
To better assist you, may I know if the Versa 2 is still linked to your account or it's now on your daughter's? Do you have another Fitbit device linked to your Fitbit account? If so, please see Can I use more than one Fitbit device with the same account?

I disconnected watch from my account and we created an account for her and added watch to it
