I've had my versa 2 for 4+ years and over the last couple of months it has started shutting down during workouts while I still had around 20% battery. The only way to restart it was by putting it on the charger. I thought I just needed to keep it charged properly since it's starting to wear down a little bit. However I was on a run and had 54% battery left at the moment I checked it. The screen turned black while checking and it had apparently shut down. Does anyone else have this issue and/or know how to fix this?

Hi there, @ravan56. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 5 is turning off while exercising. I understand your concern, I will do my best to help you with this!
To better assist you, may I know if this is happening only when you run? Have you tried any other exercise? Is it shutting down at any other time during the day?
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device once again as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
