Versa 2 keeps turning itself off

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa 2 keeps turning itself off throughout the day even though the battery is 70% +. The screen goes blank and no buttons work. The watch is only a few years old!

The watch will then randomly turn itself back on hours later or when it's on the charger.

Hi @Smithkins11 - this could be a clock face or sync issue.

Try another clock face, also try turning off Bluetooth separately if the clock face doesn't help to see if it is caused by a syncing issue.

Lastly sync the watch and from the watch Settings About menu, do a full Shutdown. Wait at least 10 seconds before charging to restart it and charge it.

Welcome to the Fitbit community, @Smithkins11!

Sad to hear that you're having issues with your Versa 2. What you've described, to me sounds like a loose connection in your device's circuits or like a defective battery. If a full restart, as described by @Guy_, won't fix your issue, I'd suggest contacting Fitbit support for further assistance:
