Versa 2 keeps turning itself off

I wondered if anyone else had this problem. My Versa keeps turning on and off sporadically and I have factory reset and it keeps happening.  Bought it from Argos and it said I have a 2 year warranty but it’s only a year old. But wanted to see if it’s a bug that can be fixed

My recommendation is cut your losses and try to find a new fitness tracker like I’m doing. The Fitbit customer service is horrible. Even though you have a two-year warranty you purchased I don’t see them even trying to address an issue. It’s going on with mine as well. I’m done with them. My recommendation again cut your losses. Try to find a new fitness tracker

Hi @Tems - if you factory reset and then installed the clock face you were using before, try using another clock face for a while.

If this doesn't help the watch may have a fault and need replacing under warranty.
