Versa 2 keeps unpairing

My Versa 2 keeps unpairing from my iPhone and I have to keep repairing the two throughout the day just to get them to sync, it’s becoming very frustrating and I have stopped receiving reminders to move.

I’m not sure what version of iPhone you have but look here to make sure you have a compatible phone to work with the Fitbit App and tracker here: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices

If it is indeed compatibility I would try rebooting your phone and turning your Bluetooth off then on again. If your still experiencing issues I would try restarting your Fitbit Versa 2. Look here to see how: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm You will not lose any data doing so.
