I have noticed lines in the background of my versa 2 screen. I have tried changing the clockface , which shows it up even more , now done a factory reset and its still there ?

I’m having this same problem as of two days ago, my screen is worse that the one pictured. It’s just green with faded bits of the graphics. Please help
