Hello
I have a versa 2.i put a passcode on it. it locked me our whilst I was washing my hair (10 attempts). it said "unlock with your phone"
I deleted the device and tried to reattach but it keeps giving that msg so i cant see the pin, please please help me fix it

Deleting the device means that you cannot unlock the fitbit from the app as it suggests and the only option available to you is to factory reset the fitbit and then set it up again as though it were a new device.
You can't use the normal method of doing a factory reset as it's locked so the procedure is:
