I bought a Versa 2 for Christmas. I've uploaded music but the people sound higher pitched than they should be. It almost seems like it plays a tad bit too fast and it is choppy. I tried resetting it and restarting it and tried holding the bluetooth headphones closer to the watch. Neither worked. Are there any other fixes for it?

I have a Versa and the music became choppy and too fast. Chatted with Fitbit, they gave me 35% discount towards a Versa 2.
Got the brand new Versa 2 out of the box, same situation.
Here's the weird factor, both watches work with my PLT ear phones( they are connected together, and wireless).
I definitely want a refund for the Versa 2.
I am shopping for a new smart watch other than Fitbit.

Versa doesn't seem to work with Bluetooth 5.0. Use other versions of bluetooth and you should not have issues.
