I have had no active exercise since January 3rd! I have shoveled, cleaned, washed walls, walked the dog and nothing shows. Am I the only one with this problem and is there a solution? I have installed and reinstalled the app. I have restarted my versa 2. Thanks

Hi, thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with your Versa 2 watch @SharonLC.
Could you please provide a few extra details? Let me know if your watch is specifically not recording your activities/workouts or if the Versa 2 is not recording other data like steps, floors and other information.
Keep in mind that your smartwatch will only track automatically the following workouts: Walk, Run, Outdoor Bike, Elliptical, Sports, Aerobic Workout, Swimming. You can find some extra details in this article.
