This seems to be a common thread topic for Versas: the screen on my 7-month old Versa2 is solid black after being solid green for the past day, and the device is non-responsive overall.
I've tried the recommended troubleshooting steps with no success: after making sure it was charged (as shown on the Versa screen before it went fully out, and in the battery reading in the Fitibit app), I attempted both the restart and factory-reset procedures multiple times. Also attempted these both multiple times after disconnecting the Versa 2 from my Android phone's Bluetooth connection.
No luck. The Versa 2 is effectively a (very small) brick. How do I get a replacement?

My fit bit versa 2’worked well all day until about 5 pm. Then it got really hot on my wrist and I had to take it off. About 15 min later the screen went black and I haven’t been able to turn it back on since that time. The green sensor light on the back is now gone and I can see condensation in the back panel as well. I have never worn my versa in the water. Not sure where the condensation comes from. Please help me

My Versa2 band dislodged in the pool after knocking it against a lane rope. Now the unit is unresponsive, no lights - nothing. Have dried the unit in rice for 24 hrs & charged for 8 hrs - still nothing. The unit was purchased on 25th July 2020 so is not covered by Fitbit limited warranty .
Another fitbit product down the drain !
