Versa 2 not acting right

For the past 3+ days I've been unable to get any text notifications on my Versa 2. Now its no longer tracking sleep correctly and just notified me at 10:36am that its time to get ready for bed. Sleep tracking stopped randomly at 3:30am two nights ago and last night it didn't start until 4am. ???? I have premium and I'm connected to a Samsung Galaxy S10 Pro. I've done a factory reset on the Versa and uninstalled the app and reinstalled. I've had this thing for a month and I'm not happy about this 😞

@SunsetRunner I've been working with them for two days...its the same old...try this canned set of restarts...which I've done. I even factory reset the tracker and my phone...still junk...I was trying to see if I was the only one but thank you so much for being so helpful.  🙄
