I have had my fitbit versa 2 for 8 months now and I put it on the charger yesterday and noticed hours later that it had not charged at all and is now displaying a low battery indicator with an exclamation point and it will not charge at all. This is my fourth fitbit. I like it a lot and really don't want to have to pay for another. It seems the fitbit is a disposable item and for the price, my feeling is that it should last much, much longer than 8 months. I have cleaned the contacts, on both the fitbit and the charger. I have a couple chargers so I have tired different chargers and different outlets. Nothing is working. What can be done?

Hi @TS214, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation.
Looking forward to your reply.
