I’ve had my versa 2 for a little over a year now and until today it worked like a charm. I wore my versa to sleep last night with a low battery. I woke up this morning and it was dead. I placed it in the charger like usual and walked away.
Hours later, I went back to wear my versa and it won’t turn on. It doesn’t show it’s charging. All it does upon holding down the button is show the Fitbit logo for a short while and then go dark again. I tried multiple outlets, cleaned the Versa and charger following guideline to a T. It still won’t turn on.
I tried to access via the app on my phone as well. My phone simply states that it’s looking for the versa 2. It also shows a battery symbol with a red X on it showing it won’t charge.
any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated. This watch has died before and easily charged up no problem. Today, it’s just given up or so it seems.
