Did all but replace the battery. Unit is only 2 years old. Contacted Fitbit and the reply was I would get 35% off a new purchase. If it was 75% I might consider it. Am forced to look at other trackers that are more reliable and have better customer service.

Same happened to me. Watch will not even charge. Battery is dead. Watch is less than 15 months old. So disappointed and will not but Fitbit again.

I'm dealing with the same issue it just stop holding a charge it's on life support right now if I take it off charger it dies its on 0%and it's barely a year old
