When I received a Versa 2 as a Christmas gift I had no idea there would be compatibility issues with my LG G7 ThinQ phone. I figured LG is a major brand and the G7 is not too new to be unsupported. That said, I have had serious issues with the Versa 2 causing my G7 to lose connection to the mobile network or WiFi, without being able to reconnect by the usual means. It simply refuses to connect or even detect a network of any kind. The only solution is to factory reset my phone, after replacing the SIM card and reactivating it on the cellular network. What a pain.
Then it happened again!
I found out the hard way the Versa 2 will not work with a G7 if ANY other device is paired via bluetooth.
Basically, this renders the Versa 2 useless for me. I want my money back!

Hi @starcher69 If you received the Versa 2 as a christmas gift then I guess it wasnt really your money! However, that aside, a refund depends on the returns policy of the store it was bought from, and it needs to be returned to them. If it was bought from the Fitbit Online store, then you have 45 days (from the date of purchase) to return it for a full refund, no questions asked. You would need to contact Suppprt regarding this.
