Versa 2 not connecting

My versa 2 won't connect to the app and won't sync anymore. This is super frustrating since I have had this product for just over a year 🙃

I understand your frustration. I've only had my Versa 2 the same length of time as you. These watches are garbage now. Good that it was a gift and I cushy invest my money. All of a sudden just stop charging and can't connect. Ripoff and the manufacturer probably wears an apple watch lol.
