Versa 2 not connecting

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My versa 2 has stopped connecting to my app, I have tried reinstalling the app, factory resetting it, it connects long enough to start updating and sync briefly then stops becoming available, the Bluetooth syncs fine to headphones so it doesn't seem to be that, and iv checked all app permissions and settings on both devices, anyone else experienced this?

Welcome to the forums @Luke922

Thank you for taking the time to share the inquiry regarding Versa 2.

If you haven't done so already, please try the following steps that have been useful for other users:

  • Force quit the Fitbit app.
  • Turn Bluetooth off and on.
  • Open the Fitbit app and sync again

In addition, I recommend that you try restarting the device: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen, and then release the button.

  1. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  2. Press the button located on the flat end of the charger 3 times (end of the USB cable), pausing for 1 second between presses. Then wait 10 seconds or until the Fitbit logo appears.

If you're still having any issues, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.

If that doesn't solve the issue, please try to set up the smartwatch as a new device: How do I set up my Fitbit device?
