Versa 2 not getting notifications

I've checked all the forum threads, tried everything. I have the Versa 2 and an iPhone 8 recently updated to the ios 14. My fit bit is NOT on do-not-disturb or sleep mode, bluetooth settings set to share, iphone text preview settings set to always on, both my i phone and fitbit app are updated, turned on/off, literally everything the forums suggest. Just cannot get any notifications. ready to return it. Please help if possible.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I understand how you are feeling about this situation. Before considering other options, I recommend trying the following:

 

1. Tell your phone to "forget" the bluetooth connection to your Fitbit device: On your phone, tap Settings > Bluetooth > Tap the information icon or gear icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Find the option to forget the device.

2. Force quit the Fitbit app.

3. Restart your phone.

4. Open the Fitbit app and set up notifications again, then sync your Fitbit device. You can confirm the steps at How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device?
